Victoria
Victoria Pallotta is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with adults and teenagers to support them on their mental health journeys. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University.
Victoria specializes in helping individuals overcome challenges related to body image, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. She is committed to creating a secure and accepting space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. Victoria understands the courage it takes to ask for help and believes that everyone has the ability to change, grow, and build the life they want.

Outside of her professional life, Victoria finds joy in her passions for dogs, dancing, and hockey. A devoted fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs, she loves cheering on her team and enjoying the sense of connection sports can bring.
